In Module Nine, you will submit your completed project management plan in addition to the risks and cost estimates and the high-level work breakdown structure identified for the tasks and subtasks (including at least five major tasks with appropriate number of subtasks) necessary to implement the new business opportunity in the marketplace. It should be a complete, polished artifact containing all of the critical elements of the final product. It should reflect the incorporation of feedback gained throughout the course and especially the feedback from the project management plan outline in Module Eight.
Attached are the papers that will be put together to be finalized. I am also providing the feedback from my professor for each assignment. If you could just update the assignments with the required feedback I think that will be good enough, as I am also confused as to what is being asked.
Also I noticed that for the Milestone Two Paper-the risks and subrisks were in this paper and three examples were provided. So maybe two more could be added into this paper hence providing the FIVE examples being asked in the description area, what do you think? Do you think that is what is being asked?
Milestone One:
MBA 690 Milestone One Rubric feedback: You have a great first milestone paper. You have very good detail throughout the paper. Other than a few places in the paper that could gain benefit from some details and color. Nice work.
Significant Forces: For this and the business operations section of the paper, I would like to see you add more details in the paper. You can always pull from the reading material and include more depth into your assessments.
Milestone Two:

The use if the visuals in the paper helped bring out your main points of the paper. The use of the data from the reading material and you own personal content was perfectly organized. Great work.
Potential Costs: You have a really good narrative here, but I would like to see you pull together some more direct costs around this section. Additionally, this would be a great place for you to add a chart or graph into the paper.
Milestone Three:
MBA 690 Milestone Three Rubric feedback: Excellent paper this week. You pulled together a significant amount of details for each of the sections of the paper. The charts and graphs are great. The flow of the paper is well done. The tone of the paper is excellent. Very nice job.
Profit Generation: Please make sure that you add a visual to this part of the paper. The analytical elements need to be depicted in a way that allows the reader to easily understand the main parts of this section.
Short Paper Eight:
MBA 690 Module Eight Short Paper Rubric feedback: Very nice outline this week. You have a level of detail inside the outline that is very good. This outline should provide you with a good guide as you finalize your paper. Please don’t forget to always use visuals in the analytical sections of the paper and other places where it makes seance to clarity some of your narrative. Additionally, always remember to include a solid introduction and conclusion to each paper.
Articulation of Response: Don’t forget to include a solid conclusion at the end of the paper.
