Do you think one more is preferred over another and why? Look at your own community planning process. Identify where the land-use codes are located in your city ordinances (give me a citation and link), describe how the planning process is structured, what public bodies are involved in the decision-making process? Provide examples within your community of good planning and poor planning. Review the General Plan attached. Look at the different sections and provide input on whether the plan meets the criteria of good planning as found on page 141 as well as have the recommended elements as recommended on page 142. Identify the tools a city may use in economic development in business recruitment.
