Are the distinctions that were drawn between and crimes useful? Why would be classified as a crime, according to this distinction? Among crimes, is it useful to distinguish further between and crimes? Why would be categorized as a rather than a crime? Why not simply call every crime in which cybertechnology is either used or present a cybercrime? Would doing so pose any problems for drafting coherent cybercrime legislation?
