would like to show you my introduction to give you and idea of where I was heading with the paper
Write about veterans dealing with anxiety and PTSD disorders and ways of dealing with stress. This topic is important to me because I am a veteran that has been diagnosed with both PTSD and anxiety. While I still don’t understand what PTSD is, I truly understand how overwhelming it can be to focus and function with these disorders. I hope that through my research I will be able to better understand what PTSD is and learn how to cope with my disabilities. As someone who prefers not to be medicated, are there any alternative ways to treat my disorders so that I may return to what I perceive to feel as normal and happy again.
