Students will be working individually to complete an in-depth analysis of a randomly selected human resource policy as it relates to the hospitality industry. A written report of findings will be expected. Each student will be responsible for researching a specific HR related policy, this topic should be chosen by the student. This paper will detail the foundation of why this policy (or the basis of the current event) is in place, how it came to be, how it is currently implemented in the workplace, and offer suggestions for change going forward. Additionally, the student should detail how this particular policy is impactful to the hospitality industry specifically.
